Pennsylvania-Grown in the heart of the Susquehanna River Valley
Fero wine is made with estate-grown grapes. We use old-world varieties from the heart of Europe that thrive in Central Pennsylvania. We are family-owned and operated. Our team is passionate about our land and uncompromising with wine quality. Our grapes are hand-picked, then crushed and pressed into tanks and barrels. Our traditional winemaking is closely monitored in a clean environment. This is not industrially produced commercial wine.

Our Vines
An experimental trial of grape varieties and rootstocks for our site began in 2004. Six years of data allowed us to select the best varieties. In 2010, we planted 14,000 vines in our 13.5-acre site.
Our Wines
The winery at Fero features over thirty varieties of wine, each handcrafted by our winemaker and co-owner Chuck Zaleski to provide the highest quality sensory experience.
Our Story
The winery is a family-owned and operated business. In 2004, Chuck and Daneen Zaleski had an opportunity to convert part of an 1812 family farm, and Fero Vineyards & Winery was born.
Weddings at fero
Fero Vineyards & Winery can host up to 200 of your friends and family and features a quaint 4,000-square-foot pavilion that is located in the heart of Union County. Intimate, luxurious, and offering stunning views of the vineyard itself, there is a reason why the pavillion is a popular pick among couples. This venue is also a great place to celebrate an outdoor vineyard wedding and couples can take advantage of any of the sprawling 14 acres.
